The FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force has announced that it is setting up a “Muslim Community Outreach Program” to have Oklahoma City area law enforcement executives meet with local Muslim leaders next month to look for ways to improve relationships. Invited law enforcement officers include Oklahoma City Police Chief Bill Citty and Edmond Police Chief Bob Ricks. See Officers seek to bridge gap with Muslims
Although Bob Ricks is now police chief in Edmond, OK he was directly involved in the OKC bombing and WACO siege foreknowledge and cover-ups when he served as the OKC FBI Special Agent in Charge from 1992-1995.
Bill Citty was involved in the cover-up of the OKC bombing while at the OKC police department. Citty and Ricks knew of the involvement of Islamic terror individuals and FBI provocateurs in the OKC bombing. Reliable eyewitnesses place Ricks in front of the bombed out Murrah Building at 9:15 am, 13 minutes after the OKC bombing. Rick’s alibi for being on the Shawnee, OK Fire Lake golf course at the time of the bombing is false. I investigated this with Jesse Clear, the Pentagon terror advisor.
The FBI task force has invited leaders of every mosque in the metro area to be part of the FBI’s “Muslim Community Outreach Program”. Fifteen law enforcement officers and about 10 Muslims have already have been invited to attend the first meeting on March 18
at the Federal Oklahoma City Memorial Institute for the Prevention of Terrorism.
A spokesman for the FBI task force has said
the first meeting will be closed to the public
and is to focus on what the outreach program can do to improve understanding and communication with the Muslim community.
The Federal Oklahoma City Memorial Institute for the Prevention of Terrorism includes CIA agent David Edger on its speaker’s bureau. Former KWTV reporter, Tamara Pratt, runs the bureau. David Edger was at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK August 2001. Edger was tracking the 9/11hijacker cell of Atta, AlShehhi and Ziad Zarrah when Ziad’s ticket was purchased at OU and when Zecharias Moussaoui left Norman’s Airman Flight School to attend flight school in Minnesota. Pratt was a reporter at KWTV in OKC when the FBI shut down KWTV’s coverage publicly exposing Joel Henrichs’ involvement at Norman and OKC mosques before he attempted to detonate a TATP bomb in OU’s stadium on October 1, 2005. Pratt was also discouraged by the FBI from investigating Hamas terrorist demolition experts involved in the OKC bombing that had been identified by the former Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, David McCurdy who is from Oklahoma.
Once the Oklahoma City Muslim Community Outreach Program is established, a similar program is to be launched in Tulsa. This program is patterned after one in Tampa, Florida, and Los Angeles, California.
Edmond police detective David Otwell, an FBI task force member who works for Bob Ricks, told the Oklahoma Governor's Ethnic American Advisory Council: "What we're trying to do is bridge the gap between the law enforcement community and the Muslim community,”
Otwell said that members of the Governors Ethnic Advisory Council have been invited by the FBI to join the new Muslim Community Outreach Program and to recommend others for membership.
There is a Muslim, a member of the “E” family, who has been on Oklahoma’s Governor’s Ethnic Advisory Council for a very long time. This member and the member’s family who are from Libya are terrorists. This terrorist member served on the Ethnic Advisory Board not only under Oklahoma’s current Governor Brad Henry but also did under former governor Frank Keating. A member of the “E” family worked in the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) under Frank Keating and still works there under Brad Henry.
A prominent OKC attorney and a member of the intelligence community who knows the entire “E” family very well went to the FBI last year and repeatedly told them verbally and in memos about the “E” family terrorist involvement. The FBI did nothing adequate about the “E” family terror ties.
A member of the “E” family is a terrorist connected directly to Hamas and an Islamic terrorist super cell and an “XYZ” criminal business in OKC that was involved in the 1993 WTC and 1995 OKC bombings and the 9/11 attacks. The above-mentioned attorney to the FBI supplied this information in full in 2006 but Mueller reassigned the agents and shut down the investigation. This same information was also supplied directly by the attorney to Congressman Dana Rohrabacher who has done did nothing adequate with the information.
I have described this FBI protected Islamic criminal business and Islamic super cell before in a previous article, MUSLIM PROVOCATEURS IN OKC BOMBING PROTECTED BY USG OFFICIALS?. In the article I described a criminal enterprise “XYZ” in OKC operated by a Muslim man “Bob” and his wife “Sally.” Bob had incorporated 3 mosques in the OKC area. “Bob” and “Sally” had assisted people known to be prominent suspects in the OKC bombing including Dr Samir Khalil, his employees Abraham Ahmad and Iraqi Al Hussain Hussaini, as well as a native born U.S. citizen Muslim convert, Mujahid[in] Abdulqadir Menepta. A member of the intelligence community identified Menepta’s involvement in the OKC bombing and the 9/11 attacks to the FBI, to Congressman Dana Rohrabacher and to Tamara Pratt, when she was a reporter at KWTV. Neither the FBI, Rohrabacher nor KWTV have done anything adequate about Menepta.
The former OKC FBI SAC Salvador Hernandez is a close friend of a terrorist member of the “E” family. The FBI under Hernandez pressured KWTV in OKC to put this member of the “E” family on TV in October 2005 to present a phony “victimized Muslim message” after the OU bombing on October 1, 2005. Hernandez had his FBI agents call KWTV and shut down their investigation of the OU bomber Joel Henrich's involvement with OU and OKC Islamic mosques - I personally witnessed this while on the phone with news manager Brian Eckert at KWTV. Salvador Hernandez has since been promoted by Mueller to the FBI criminal division in Washington DC. The KWTV reporter who was involved in this story, Tamara Pratt, now works at the OKC Institute of Terrorism in the speaker’s bureau as described earlier in this article.
The “E” family had a friend in former FBI agent and Oklahoma Frank Keating. Keating publicly accepted thousands of dollars of Islamic monies from members of the “E” family while one of their terrorist members served at ODOT and on Keating’s Ethnic Advisory Board. Keating, like the “E” family, not only knew about the OKC bombing in advance but Keating’s law partner, Gary Richardson, sued Jayna Davis to protect the Iraqi Al Hussaini who was involved with McVeigh in the OKC bombing. Keating and Richardson were involved with the same type of HUD property scams as Hussaini’s Palestinian Islamic Jihad employer Dr. Samir Khalil.
Keating once was an FBI agent “combating terrorism (?)” on the West Coast. Keating protected his FBI SAC friend Bob Ricks after the OKC bombing by putting Ricks in charge of the Oklahoma State Highway patrol. In an act of clear foreknowledge and forewarning, According to KTOK radio news in OKC, Keating had sent the Highway Patrol bomb squad under Mike Norman to the area around Murrah Building the morning of, but BEFORE, the OKC bombing. Keating later protected Norman by making Norman his bodyguard after the bombing. Norman and his wife were and still are close friends of two OKC FBI agents, Jon Hersely and Dan Vogel who had prior warning of the OKC bombing and the involvement of FBI provocateurs and Islamic terrorists.
David Otwell, the member of Bob Rick’s Edmond police force and the FBI Task Force, also said: "One of the things I'm going to suggest is to educate the law enforcement community in the Muslim culture…Unfortunately, I think a lot of law enforcement officers tend to
offend some of the Muslim community” with questions they ask or by knocking on doors during prayer times.”
This goal of David Otwell, the FBI and Bob Ricks is pure pro Muslim appeasement. The FBI and police do not wait to ask Catholics or Protestants questions when they are either at or getting ready to go to mass or church on Wednesday nights or Sundays. This shows deference toward Muslims and unfair bias, reverse discrimination against Christians.
If anyone doubts pro Islam appeasement and incestuous relations with Islamic terror extremists is the policy of the FBI, Department and Homeland Security (DHS) and President GW Bush, think again.
Every major Islamic jihadi attack in the U.S. since 9/11, including shootings, vehicular run downs and bombings, has been met with immediate pronouncements by FBI leadership that there are no Islamic terror connections. These pronouncements have come within one to two days after the incidents when it was too soon and irresponsible to rule out Islamic promoted terrorism. In virtually every case, further investigations showed that Muslim extremists were involved.
Last year the IG of DHS, Clark Kent Irvine told WorldNetDaily that the Director of the FBI, Robert Mueller refused to move against 1000 known AlQaeda agents in the U.S. on a list provided by the CIA because Mueller falsely claimed they had not yet committed crimes. Mueller fired FBI agent Robert Wright last year as an example to other FBI agents not to open criminal investigations against known AlQaeda and Hamas and Hezbollah agents in the U.S. who are known to be committing crimes such as drug trafficking, tax evasion money laundering raising money for terror organizations and using property and insurance scams.

The head of DHS, Michael Chertoff epitomizes this pro Muslim appeasement stance of the Bush administration. From the article Chertoff's 'Islam PC' rankles fed officials”:

Michael F. Scheuer, who headed the CIA's bin Laden unit, says America is losing the war on Islamic terror because of such political correctness.
